Orders placed after 3 pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Package your item securely and post it to the return address provided.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once your return has been received and inspected.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as teethers, feeding accessories, and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
